we PRAY

              from the dawn of creation the two have grown together,
                         side by side they grow...
                               and we shall not know until the end,
                           at harvest time,
                     which is truly His
                                       and which is not...
              until that day we pray;
                         we pray for discernment,
                    we pray for wisdom, we pray to be more like Him,
                    we pray with understanding and we pray in the spirit...
             and we listen, we listen to hear His voice, His mind, His heart....
                   and only from that place do we respond in grace...
                   in peace, in love, in harmony with His spirit...

Matthew 13:37-43. HereHe explained to His disciples the meaning of the parable about the enemy of the farmer who came and sowed tares in his wheat field:
     "And He answered and said, 'The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man, and the field is the world; and as for the good seed, these are the sons of the Kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one; and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels.

Therefore just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age. The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His Kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire; in that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.'"
